Paint, Flooring, Doors, & Outside Goodies.

Hello everyone! There is a lot getting done on the inside of the house even tho it looks the same on the outside! The first coats of paint have been applied to the first and second floors, doors are being installed, light switches and outlets are being installed. Also some work is being done to start the retaining walls that will be on our site and the deck is starting to slowly take shape.

You can see the ledger boards that will hold the deck to the house, giving a good idea of how big the deck will be. The board on the far left is a one step landing that will have a set of stairs running along the retaining wall.

I want to give a big thank you to everyone that was able to make it out to the Centennial celebration and everyone who came to the house tours. I want to appologize that I did not do an update last week. It was homecoming week and we were very busy with the float! With that out of the way things are going very fast. Drywall is up and is on schedule. Lets have a look!

Didn't know how to show you that the Internet and Cable was being installed so I took a picture of the boxes.

Plumbing is going in. This is the vanity in the shared bathroom for a double and a single.

On the outside the bricks are going up and the next thing should be the stone and the deck. On the inside the electrical, cable, internet, HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression are all going in. The house is going just as fast as it was before but it will be hard to see the progress and document. I will keep you posted as much as possible.
